Date: August 5, 2022
Arena: "ECWF Arena" in West Hollywood, CA
Opening Match: "Welcome to ECWF"
Nakita Niles vs. JJ Burgess
These two females open the show by giving the crowd a decent match. To end the match Nakita hits the Rightful Justice to stragger JJ and then follows that with Shotgun Blast for the .1 ..2 ...3!
Winner: Nakita Niles
Athena w/Heather Haze vs. Sarah Frost
Athena showed off her power to the new comer. Everytime Sarah mounted a offense Athena answered it. After a referee down. Heather comes in and hits the Jailbait to Sarah. Athena then hit a X-Factor and as the referee came too Athena got the .1 ..2 ...3! The crowd hated this match because Heather & Athena are acting so proud of this terrible match.
Winner: Athena
After match Segment
(The camera opens backstage to the sultry vixen Heather Haze, looking all smiles in her snazzy tightly-fitting lavender blue mini dress with her ECWF Diamond Championship belt over her left shoulder as she struts right into the women's locker room like she owns the place. She exchanges several glances at some of the female talents who give her all kinds of dirty looks..but she doesn't seem to be bothered by them all too much as the brunette wanders down the room until she finds Athena sitting on a bench, taping up her wrists.)
HEATHER HAZE: Ah, There you are! I've been looking all over for you.
(Heather then looked around the locker room as she crinkled up her nose.]
HEATHER HAZE: EW. What are you doing hanging out in this dump? It reeks in here so bad.
ATHENA: Getting ready for the match.
(Heather then takes a seat on the bench next to her, crossing her legs over the other.)
HEATHER HAZE: I can see that, silly. So...are you ready?
(Athena snorts as she stares down Heather, like as if she said something dumb.)
ATHENA: Does it look like I'm not?
HEATHER HAZE: I'm just checking. No pressure, right? I mean it wasn't easy to convince the boss, but I managed to pull a few 'strings' to get you this match. Let's just say I can be very, very persuasive.
(Athena shrugs.)
ATHENA: Thanks. I guess.
HEATHER HAZE: Hey, what are friends for, right?
(Athena simply nodded, biting onto the roll of the athletic tape as she tore the remainder of the material around her left wrist. She then stood up to her feet, casting a shadow over Heather with her towering presence.)
ATHENA: I'd only ask that you stay here in the back and let me do this alone.
HEATHER HAZE: BUT--
(Heather opened her mouth to argue, but Athena pressed a finger to her lips silencing her.)
ATHENA: Nu-uh! Listen to me. I want to handle my business on my own. Got it?
(Heather debated and then shook her head in defeat, not wanting any trouble from her bodyguard who could as easily snap a neck outright with her bare hand if she wanted to. In a way she was grateful that she wasn't in Sara's shoes, knowing the foul mood that Athena seemed to be in on this night.)
HEATHER HAZE: Hey, You do you, girl. Go out there and kick ass! (Patting at the bench) I'm just gonna hang out here, looking all pretty with my belt while you do your thang.
ATHENA: That's the plan.
(Athena then cracks a smirk at Heather and fist bumps her before turning around and walking out the dressing room and down the corridor as the camera fades to commercials.)
Segment: Mic time with Rockin' Lunatic
("Reminice" by Clenchfist blasts through the arena as Rockin' Lunatic makes his way out onto the stage he looks around and smirks and then makes his way down the ramp he looks around at the fans once more before sliding into the ring he then walks over poses in the corner then grabs a mic and begins to speak.)
Rockin' Lunatic: So the higher ups decided to give me some mic time huh well they made a big mistake in giving me the mic because there is a lot i got to get off my chest.
(Rockin' pauses a second before continuing.)
Rockin' Lunatic: You see it's been a while since i stepped foot in a ring i have been injured hell i even retired because i thought i could not cut it anymore well guess what I am back and i plan on staying forever and i will start with the destruction of everyone in the back there are to many rookies in this company who claim they are the best but yet they have never stepped foot in the ring with the best so you rookies listen up this is your final warning The most violent person is back in ecwf and i am taking back what is rightfully mine and that is the ecwf world championship and no one will stand in my way hell not even Ray Lapointe.
(Rockin' drops the mic and leaves the ring as we go to a commercial.)
Bulletproof Empire(James Walker & TJ Alexander) w/Bad Luck To'o vs. The Age of Fall (Kevin Holland & Mason Everett) w/Mona Strom & Abigail Adams
Even with all the people on the outside. Bad Luck To'o was chased off by Mona Storm & Jaxon Cooper making it a fair tag team match. Kevin & Mason put on a clinic with their tag team ability and moves. It was the AoF Trigger to James Walker and Mason scored the pinfall. The Bulletproof Empire did a great job at the match as well but wasn't used to each other yet so it was a bit diffcult on their first tag outing.
Winners: Kevin Holland & Mason Everett
Finn Kelly vs. Razor Blade
The Kingdom was ordered to stay in the back as well as Latoya Hixx. The match was a fair fight and these two put on a hell of a match. It came down to Finn being caught by Razor in a top turnbuckle crossbody and Razor hit his Razor Blade finisher for the .1 ..2 ...3! Razor proves why he is the favorite to win The X-Factor Event at the PPV.
Winner: Razor Blade
The Cult of Carnivore (Daniel Dream & Poseidon) w/Lee Matthews & Ian Dream vs. The Outsider (Steven McKnight & Angellus) w/Tiffany Saints & Skullkrusher
This was a mess. With all the outside people the referee had a hard time keeping order of this match. Daniel & Poseidon showed why they are the longest reigning ECWF World Tag Team Champions. It was a bit hard but they move them around the ring. It came down that Poseidon & Daniel hit their The Aointing onto Steven and got the .1 ..2 ...3!
Winners: Daniel Dream & Posiedon
Horror-Core Rules match
Scotty Paine vs. Marco Rossi w/Ashton Rossi
This was the first time that the current Horror-Core Champion met the first ever Horror-Core Champion. But Scotty Paine destroyed Marco Rossi. Wasn't even close for Marco to get a ounce of offense. Ladders were used, tables were used, a pile of broken glass, blood, scars, and everything a Horror-Core nut would love to see. Scotty Paine hit his Feel the Paine into the pile of broken glass. Marco was bleeding from the head and Scotty from his back as Scotty gets the .1 ..2 ...3!
Winner: Scotty Paine
After the Match: Holden Ross was shown on the big screen at his home healing from his injuries he got into another company. He is gold clapping and told Scotty Paine it won't be that easy at the PPV.
The Iron Fist (Chris Matthews & Everett Aloni) w/~Ghost~ vs. The Jacksons from The Kingdom (Darien Jackson & Jordan Jackson) w/Alex Thomas
This match was one sided as well. Literally Everett & Chris owned these two. They ended the match with Mail Call and Everett covering Darien for the .1 ..2 ...3!
Winners: Chris Matthews & Everett Aloni
Segment: Mike Dimter & Damon Cross speak to each other...
(Revolution returns from commercial, and all eyes are focused on the center of the ring. Damon Cross, the World Heavyweight Champion, stands alone in his all-black suit, the title over his shoulder and his arms spread wide while the crowd chants his catchphrase:)
SAY MY NAME! SAY MY NAME! SAY MY NAME!
The Redeemer soaks the adulation up, knowing he’s damn well earned it. But after a few moments, he gestures for quiet, the fans willingly calming as “Rise by State of Mine likewise fades out. Cross is conspicuously alone in the ring tonight: no Danielle, no Leina, no La Lealtad es Todo. Just the champion, standing tall and proud.
(He brings up the microphone and clears his throat.)
Damon Cross: Entitlement… is an ugly thing.
(Pausing for effect, Damon continues, pacing a little in the ring.)
Damon Cross: People think they’re owed something, be it due to past glories, who their friends are, how much money they have in the back or even whose crotch they were pulled kicking and screaming from.
(The champ chuckles quietly, shaking his head and hitching the title up on his shoulder a bit, sweeping a bit of dust off of it.)
Damon Cross: Kevin Hunter thought he deserved a title shot being a five-time former champion. He had his chance. Twice. Yet here I stand. Robert Saints had no legitimate claim and thus, in my opinion, was simply handed a shot. But he went down just the same as his peer. Yet… here I stand. And then… there’s Mike Dimter.
(Sliding off his shades as the crowd boos at the mention of Dimter, Damon puts them carefully in his pocket and runs a hand through his loose, dark hair.)
Damon Cross: Mike Dimter. The man who thinks because he was fired but still possessed the old title belt that, somehow, makes him worthy of an opportunity at THIS belt. The REAL belt. Clearly, denial isn’t just a river in Egypt, ladies and gentlemen.
(That sardonic smirk once again as Damon stares meaningfully at his own championship. But like turning off a faucet, his expression goes hard as he returns his full attention to the camera.)
Damon Cross: If you were fired, Dimter, while still being champion? Clearly you weren’t a credit to the company, much less the title. That belt you’re carrying around like some holy relic? It’s worth less than the plastic ones that parents are buying their kids at the merchandise stands tonight. It’s not even worth a hotdog and a beer. The ONLY World Heavyweight Championship that matters in the ECWF is over MY shoulder. But…
(A shake of his head.)
Damon Cross: ...I HAVE heard the news. Despite losing the number one contender match at Revolution #163, you still have a title shot due. One you’re cashing in at Revolution #165. And to that I say… fine. Bring your shot. But do me a favor in the process, Dimter: bring that old title with you, okay?
(The crowd is hanging on every word from the champion. The camera tightens its focus on the face of the Redeemer as he levels the rest of his thoughts at it and his next challenger.)
Damon Cross: Why, you must be asking? Because after I beat you, I want to give it a proper burial, to make it a permanent part of the past, along with any hope of you being champion again while I draw breath. Revolution #164 will come and go, and at the end? HERE… I will STAND… STILL… the ECWF World Heavyweight Champion!
(The fans are all pumped up again, with Damon once more absorbing the praise… when a different theme starts to play, drawing his attention toward the stage.)
("Cathedral" by Phraze & Todd Andrew blasts throughout the arena..."The Bad Ass" Mike Dimter is seen walking through the crowd holding his ECWF Championship then he climbs over the guard rail then he gets a microphone and climbs into the ring then he gets straight into the face of Damon Cross and looks directly into his eyes.)
"The Bad Ass" Mike Dimter: You're right...i didn't earn it but i sure as fuck deserve this match because ever since I came back I originally wanted to go after the tag team titles but then i realized ever since i came back i have never gotten my rematch And that is because our boss doesn't like giving rematches. I did what i had to do to get my rematch and that's bring back my world chathmpionship that i never lost in the first place...hell i wasn't even hear when the cash in winner decided to cash in on me. When i whoop your ass and become your nightmare...your false sense of entitlement will kick in and then you will have to realize because of our boss...you can't get a rematch. The only person you will have to blame is yourself and no one one else. How about this....None of your people are allowed ringside and none of mine. Let's do this straight up one on one...no bullshit no shenanigans just you and me
Sickle vs. Dan Anderson w/Gage Atlas
Sickle brought a little bag with him. Referee sees it and wants to take it away from him. Sickle refuses and the referee starts the match anyways. Immediately after bell sounds Sickle pulls out this strange looking mechanically object. Sickle smacks Dan right in the face in front of the referee. Referee signals for the bell.
Winner: Dan Anderson by DQ
After the match: Sickle takes the object and heads directly to the back. Ignoring that he wasted everyone's time with the entrances and bell sounding.
Last Women Standing match #1 Contendership for the Women's World Championship
Latoya Hixx vs. Lylah Lionhart
Special Guest Commentator: Crystal Zdunich
This turned out to be a historic match. The first time two females had a Last Man/Woman Standing match. These two put on a show! Crystal didn't even try to get involved with this match. In the closing of the match they had a table setup in the ring and as Lylah was going to do a top turnbuckle back suplex but Latoya back elbows Lylah and hits her Shiranui from the top turnbuckle driving Lylah back first through the table for the 10 count.
Winner: Latoya Hixx
Show ending: Latoya was bleeding a bit from her upperlip from the action and as she was celebrating Crystal Zdunich goes into the center of the ring and the two stand off as the show ends with Crystal holding the Women's World title in the air right in front of Latoya's face mouthing that she will never get this.
