The scene opens up outside the Age of Fall's locker room where Roxanne could be seen dressed in her ring gear, leaning against the wall with her arms crossed over her chest. Next to her is her black baseball bat, something she carries around with her. She has a somber look on her face, remaining silent for a few seconds before she begins to speak.
Roxanne All good things must come to an end. Sure, mine and Dan's reign as World Tag Team Champions didn't work out the way we wanted it to go. However, there are some positives we can take away from our time as World Tag Team Champions. Our reign lasted almost one year. I won the first Championship of my career with my brother, Dan. We won the Championships at ECWF's biggest event, StarrCade. I will forever remember those moments and cherish my time as one half of the World Tag Team Champions. With that said...
The somber look on her face is replaced with a slight grin, her mood shifting in the blink of an eye.
Roxanne Boy, does it feel like a weight has been lifted off of our shoulders. No longer are we in possession of those cursed World Tag Team Championships. Those Championships are the new Champs' problem now. As long as they hold the World Tag Team Championships, they will know nothing but despair and misery. They will travel down a road that's uneventful. As time goes on, they will question if they made the right decision to answer the Open Challenge. Once it begins to settle in and they start going crazy over how dull their reign as World Tag Team Champions has become, they will wonder if it was even worth it to begin with. So, have fun being the World Tag Team Champions.
She laughs for a couple of seconds before she continues speaking.
Roxanne Now since me and Dan are no longer the World Tag Team Champions, we can focus on other things now. Like Dan focusing winning the Chamber of Horrors match then going on to StarrCade to bring back the Worldheavyweight Championship back to Revolution. He's looking to finish a story that has started all the way back to when the Age of Fall came back to ECWF. He's also focused on continuing his reign as the Nex*Gen Champion. A Championship he has held for over a year. Of course, his reign as Champion has drawn some attention and there's even a guy who is soooo obsessed with him. Like seriously, get a life! Do something productive with your time like I don't know...proving why Dan should even consider you as a challenger for his Championship because you have done jack squat except run your mouth. You just all bark and no bite. Anyways! As for me, I'm turning my attention on finally winning the Women's World Championship. That's been my goal since I returned to ECWF. I had a chance to become the Women's World Champion once already and ended up coming up short against a Champion who only showed up whenever they wanted. *She does a fake cough.* Crystal Zdunich. *She does another fake cough.* However, I'm looking to get a another shot at the Women's World Championship. The question is...how would I go about getting a shot at the Women's World Championship again?
She pauses, tapping her chin with her finger as if she's thinking about the possible ways of receiving a Women's World Championship match.
Roxanne I could go down the difficult path by beating all those who are placed in front of me before eventually receiving a shot at the Championship. Or I could go down the easy path by completing in the Women's Gold Rush Ladder Match and win the briefcase for myself. Once I acquire the briefcase, I'm practically guaranteed to become the Women's World Champion! All I have to do is wait for the Champ to lower their guard and slip up. Then I'll come in, cash in the briefcase and boom! New Women's World Champion! Regardless which path I choose, I will be relentless in my pursuit of the Women's World Championship. No matter how times I get knocked down, I will get back up and keep trying until the Women's World Championship is finally around my waist. So good luck in trying to shake me off of your trail.
Another grins appears on her face as she makes a Championship motion around her waist.
Roxanne Here at Revolution, I will take my first step on my quest towards the Women's World Championship when I face Lylah Lionhart. Before I address my opponent, there is one thing I want to talk about first. I feel I shouldn't even be talking about this, considering the handful of times that me and Dan have addressed this topic. But, it seems like there is still some people can't get this information through their skulls, continuing to make assumptions about me and Dan. Ugh. I know I shouldn't let it get to me but...it's so damn annoying. Nonetheless, I suppose I could talk about the topic, just one more time. Hopefully this time, those who keep making assumptions will actually comprehend the information. Me and Dan are brothers. Not by blood but his family adopted me when I was little. My parents gave me up so I could have a better life. Dan's family accepted me and saw me as one of their own child, even though I was adopted. I grew up with Dan and his siblings. I saw them as my own siblings. They saw me as their sister. They didn't treat me any different. They treated me like I was apart of the family. I will forever be grateful for what Dan and his family has done for me. Plus...Dan is married for crying out loud! He has two children with her already. Sure, he's not one to talk about his personal life that much but I just can't wrap my head around this thought that people think there's something going between me and Dan. Is it because I'm the only female member of the Age of Fall? If it is then it's a stupid reason. Hell, at one point, we had other female members like Mona Storm and Celeste Phoenix. Both who happen to win Championships during their time in the group. There was also Arya Ellis but...I disgress. This is the last time me or Dan will ever talk about the subject. If anyone still doesn't understand and keep making assumptions then...they are a idiot.
She let's out a sigh, shaking her head. She leans off the wall, standing up straight then grabs her baseball bat, continuing to speak.
Roxanne Let's get back on the topic of my opponent. Lylah Lionhart. Someone who just recently returned to ECWF. Who calls herself the "Greek Born Lioness". She's no Lioness. She's a mere cub compared to me. The Alpha. I would call myself the Queen of the Jungle but I need the hardware to back that up. Like...you know, the Women's World Championship. Or I could be the Hunter. Since I'll hunt this wannabe Lioness into extinction. You see Lylah...you're just in my way of me becoming the Women's World Champion. I view you as a stepping stone. Someone to use as a launching pad, where I will propel myself up the mountain before I scratch and claw my way up to the top of the mountain. You're not even on my level. I'm levels above you. You're outclassed, Lylah. Outmatched. I will outshine you in every way possible. You should save yourself the embarrassment and don't even show up for our match. Once you step in the ring and the bell rings, I will walk circles around you. I will make you look like a chump in front of the entire world. After I'm done embarrassing you, I will put you out of your misery then focus on getting ready for StarrCade where the Gold Rush Ladder Match awaits. Here at Revolution, the rise of Roxanne begins and it will begin at the expense of Lylah. So, I want to thank you ahead of time for being the one who kickstarted my journey towards the Women's World Championship. I guess it's time to end this with how the Age of Fall usually end our speeches so here goes. Your fate has been sealed. Your demise is inevitable. Judgment Day is upon you. Remember this night where you met your downfall at the hands of Roxanne. The future Women's World Champion. Believe that.
A smirk appears on Roxanne's face as she turns and starts walking down the hallway, heading to the ring for her upcoming match, twirling the bat around. Once she's out of sight, the scene slowly fades to black.
