Josh Grant: "That’s not all! We’ve also got a Horror Core Championship Contender's Match with Misery taking on Ace Sky, and let’s not forget about the Diamond's Division Championship where 'The Blossoming Rose' Crystal Zdunich defends her title against 'The Storm' Deena Hixx!"

Josh Grant: "And in a Tag Team Contender’s Match, we’ll see the sibling duo of Mike and April Dimter take on the dangerous pairing of Kevin Hunter and Lillith Leviathan—what a night we have in store!"
The camera shifts to the entrance ramp as the ECWF commentary team continues to hype up the night’s action.
Josh Grant: "Don't go anywhere, folks! ECWF Mayhem is about to kick off with the Horror Core Championship Contender's Match—Misery versus Ace Sky! Stay tuned, because tonight, Mayhem is living up to its name!"
The camera zooms in on the electric crowd, many of them holding signs for their favorite wrestlers, as the stage is set for the opening match. The lights dim, and the fans roar in anticipation as the show gets underway.
ECWF Monday Night Mayhem Opening Contest: Horror Core Championship Contender's Match
Misery vs. Ace Sky
The show kicks off with an intense matchup as Misery makes his way to the ring, announced from The Pits of Despair at a towering 295 pounds, while Debonaire by Dope blasts through the speakers. The arena darkens, and the crowd jeers at the hulking figure of Misery as he makes his imposing entrance.
Sam Sparx: “Introducing first, from The Pits of Despair, weighing 295 pounds, MISERY!”
Misery steps into the ring with a menacing look on his face, ready to tear apart his opponent.
Next, the crowd erupts with cheers as Ace Sky makes his entrance, announced at 165 pounds from Sugarland, Houston, Texas to the uplifting sounds of Eye In The Sky by The Alan Parsons Project. Ace comes out energetic, slapping hands with fans as he sprints down the ramp.
Sam Sparx: “And his opponent, from Sugarland, Houston, Texas, weighing in at 165 pounds, ACE SKY!”
Josh Grant: “Ace Sky has faced giants before, but tonight, standing across from the 295-pound Misery, he’s got a tough task ahead of him!”
Tom Steiner: “It’s classic David versus Goliath tonight, Josh. Ace Sky’s high-flying style against the raw power and sheer dominance of Misery!”
The bell rings, and the contrast in size and style is immediately evident as Misery charges at Ace, looking to squash him with his overwhelming power. Ace uses his quickness to duck and weave, landing a few kicks to Misery’s legs in an attempt to chop the big man down. Misery, however, catches Ace with a brutal clothesline, sending him crashing to the mat.
Misery dominates for much of the match, tossing Ace around the ring like a ragdoll, using his strength to keep the high flyer grounded. Misery sets Ace up in the corner, hitting him with thunderous shoulder thrusts before lifting him up for a massive powerslam.
Josh Grant: “Misery is manhandling Ace Sky right now! It’s all brute strength from the big man.”
But Ace refuses to stay down. As Misery tries to finish the match with a big boot, Ace dodges at the last second, using the ropes to springboard into a dropkick that staggers Misery. Seizing the opportunity, Ace delivers a series of rapid strikes, followed by a spinning heel kick that brings the big man to one knee.
Ace goes for a springboard moonsault, but Misery catches him in midair, hoisting him up for a chokeslam! At the last moment, Ace flips over Misery’s shoulder and rolls him up with a quick cradle pin!
Referee Susan Spinelli: "One... two... three!"
Josh Grant: "Out of nowhere! Ace Sky steals the victory!"
Tom Steiner: "He just caught Misery sleeping for one second, and that was all it took! What a huge win for Ace Sky!"
Winner: Ace Sky by Pinfall
Ace Sky rolls out of the ring, arms raised in victory, but Misery looks furious, slamming his fists on the mat in frustration. As Ace celebrates up the ramp, the match leads directly into the next event.
Midwest Championship Contender's Battle Royal
Without leaving the ring, Misery stays inside, seething from his loss as the other competitors for the Midwest Championship Contender's Battle Royal make their way down the ramp, including none other than Ace Sky, who returns for another chance at gold.
The battle royal is chaotic, with competitors flying out left and right. Misery, still angry from his earlier defeat, quickly takes control, eliminating several wrestlers with ease, including a brutal clothesline that sends one competitor over the top rope. Ace Sky, meanwhile, uses his agility to stay out of trouble, bouncing off the ropes and hitting high-impact moves on anyone who gets close.
As the match winds down, the final two competitors are Misery and Ace Sky once again, the crowd on their feet in anticipation.
Josh Grant: “What a story this would be! Ace Sky, already securing one title shot tonight, could walk out of here with TWO title opportunities!”
Tom Steiner: “He’s proven he can beat Misery, but can lightning strike twice?”
The two face off, with Misery still furious from his earlier loss. Ace Sky manages to hit a few flying forearms, staggering Misery once more. Just when it looks like Ace might eliminate the big man, Misery reverses a hurricanrana attempt, catching Ace in midair and hurling him over the top rope with a massive powerbomb!
Josh Grant: “Misery has done it! He’s the new #1 contender for the Midwest Championship!”
Tom Steiner: “Ace Sky gave it his all, but Misery was just too much in the end!”
Winner: Misery (New Midwest Championship #1 Contender)
As Misery stands tall in the ring, glaring at the fallen Ace Sky outside, the commentators speculate about Misery’s upcoming title shot while Ace Sky, despite the defeat, is still being praised for his incredible resilience. Misery raises his arms, his path to the Midwest Championship now clear.
ECWF Monday Night Mayhem: Tag Team Contender's Match
Mike & April Dimter vs. Kevin Hunter & Lillith Leviathan
As the bell rings for the highly anticipated Tag Team Contender’s Match, both teams stand ready for action. Mike and April Dimter on one side, Kevin Hunter and Lillith Leviathan on the other. The tension in the arena is palpable as the fans buzz with excitement, expecting a hard-hitting battle between these two teams.
Josh Grant: “This is a huge opportunity for both teams, Tom! The winner here could be looking at a future shot at the ECWF World Tag Team Championships!”
Tom Steiner: “Mike and April Dimter have been talking about becoming the first sibling duo to hold the tag belts, but Kevin Hunter and Lillith Leviathan are not going to make it easy for them. This is going to be a fight!”
Just as the competitors are about to lock up, the arena is plunged into complete darkness.
Josh Grant: “Wait a second... what just happened? The lights are out!”
The crowd murmurs in confusion, and a few moments later, the lights flicker back on, revealing a shocking scene in the ring. Both Mike and April Dimter, Kevin Hunter, and Lillith Leviathan are all laid out, completely motionless, sprawled across the mat.
Tom Steiner: “What the hell?! Everyone’s down! What just happened?”
Standing ominously in the center of the ring are two huge masked men, their identities completely concealed by their dark, featureless masks and imposing physiques. They silently observe the destruction around them for a brief moment before, once again, the lights go out.
Josh Grant: “Who are these guys?! Where did they come from?”
When the lights flicker back on, the two masked men are gone. Vanished without a trace, leaving only the fallen bodies of Mike and April Dimter, Kevin Hunter, and Lillith Leviathan behind. The crowd is left stunned, unsure of what they just witnessed.
Tom Steiner: “Whoever those two masked men are, they just wiped out both teams before the match even got started. This is absolute chaos!”
Josh Grant: “We need answers! Who are these two giants, and what do they want? What does this mean for the ECWF Tag Team Division?”
Officials rush down to check on the competitors as the commentators speculate about the mysterious attackers, leaving fans buzzing with questions and no answers.
Match Result: No contest
ECWF Monday Night Mayhem: Global Series Match (Mayhem Bracket)
Sam Steele vs. Je$TyR $eRyOu$
The crowd in the Iowa State Armory is electric as the next match in the Global Series unfolds. The lights dim, and Sam Steele is announced first at 210 pounds, hailing from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. His theme, "Whispers in My Head" by ONSLAP, blares through the speakers as Steele walks down the ramp, focused and determined. He enters the ring, looking ready to make a statement in this high-stakes contest.
Josh Grant: “Sam Steele has been one of the toughest competitors in the Mayhem Bracket. Tonight, he’s going to need every bit of that toughness against Je$TyR $eRyOu$.”
Tom Steiner: “Je$TyR has been unstoppable since winning the Horror-Core Championship, but Steele’s always got a few surprises up his sleeve.”
Next, the arena is flooded with the sound of “Prince Charming” by Metallica. Je$TyR $eRyOu$, the 245-pound powerhouse from New Orleans, Louisiana, makes his way to the ring. The crowd boos heavily as Je$TyR confidently struts down the ramp, his Horror-Core Championship hanging over his shoulder, though not on the line tonight.
Josh Grant: “Here comes Je$TyR $eRyOu$, one of the most arrogant but effective wrestlers we’ve seen in ECWF in years. He’s riding high on his recent title win, and he’s looking to carry that momentum into the Global Series.”
Tom Steiner: “That Insult-2-InJury move has been devastating to his opponents. Sam Steele’s going to have to find a way to avoid that if he wants to walk out of here with a win.”
The bell rings, and both competitors circle each other cautiously before locking up. Je$TyR’s size and power advantage become apparent quickly, as he backs Steele into the corner with brute force. Steele slips out and counters with his speed, delivering a series of rapid strikes to Je$TyR’s midsection.
Josh Grant: “Steele knows he can’t match power with Je$TyR, so he’s using his quickness to his advantage.”
Steele builds momentum with a springboard dropkick that knocks Je$TyR into the ropes, followed by a running knee that stuns the larger man. Steele attempts a quick roll-up, but Je$TyR powers out at one and responds with a crushing clothesline that nearly decapitates Steele.
Je$TyR takes control, throwing Steele around the ring with suplexes and heavy strikes. He taunts the crowd, enjoying his dominance.
Tom Steiner: “Je$TyR $eRyOu$ is toying with Steele now. He’s got full control of this match.”
Steele rallies with a desperation enzuigiri that rocks Je$TyR, followed by a diving crossbody from the top rope that finally takes the big man off his feet. Steele quickly goes for the cover.
1… 2… Kickout!
Je$TyR powers out again, and Steele knows he needs to up the tempo. He attempts a springboard moonsault, but Je$TyR catches him mid-air and slams him to the mat with a spinebuster. The crowd gasps at the impact.
Je$TyR stalks his prey, signaling for the end. He hooks Steele for his devastating finisher, the Insult-2-InJury (Spinning Unprettier). With brutal precision, Je$TyR drives Steele’s face into the mat, and the crowd knows it’s over.
1… 2… 3!
Sam Sparx: “Your winner… Je$TyR $eRyOu$!”
Josh Grant: “Je$TyR $eRyOu$ with another big victory! He’s looking unstoppable in this Global Series.”
Tom Steiner: “Sam Steele gave it his all, but Je$TyR is just too dangerous right now.”
After the match, Je$TyR stands tall, raising his arms in victory as the crowd boos him. Meanwhile, Sam Steele slowly gets to his feet. He looks around the arena, visibly emotional. Then, to the surprise of everyone, Steele begins unlacing his boots. He places them in the center of the ring, a gesture well-known in wrestling for retirement.
Josh Grant: “Wait a minute... is Sam Steele retiring?!”
Tom Steiner: “It looks that way, Josh. Leaving your boots in the ring is a symbolic gesture. Has Sam Steele just wrestled his last match in ECWF?”
The crowd gives Steele a respectful ovation as he exits the ring, leaving his boots behind. Je$TyR $eRyOu$, looking unfazed, walks back up the ramp as the cameras fade to the next segment, leaving fans to wonder if they’ve just witnessed the end of Sam Steele's ECWF career.
WINNER: Je$TyR $eRyOu$
ECWF Monday Night Mayhem: Mid West Championship Match
#1 Daron Smythe (c) vs. Robert Armstrong vs. Titus Manu
The Iowa State Armory is buzzing as the Mid West Championship is set to be defended in a triple threat match. The crowd is ready for what promises to be an intense, hard-hitting contest.
First to make his entrance is Titus Manu, the 250-pound powerhouse from San Diego, California. "So Close Now" by David Dallas echoes through the arena as Manu confidently walks to the ring, his eyes locked on the prize. The fans give him a mixed reaction, acknowledging his strength and power.
Josh Grant: “Titus Manu is one of the toughest competitors we’ve seen. He’s been on a tear lately, and tonight, he’s got the chance to walk out of here as the Mid West Champion.”
Tom Steiner: “With Manu’s size and aggression, you’ve got to think he’s a dangerous wildcard in this match.”
Next, "Murder One" by Metallica hits, and Robert Armstrong is announced at 235 pounds, hailing from Verona, California. Armstrong gets a solid ovation as he storms down the ramp, focused and ready for battle. He points to the crowd, signaling that tonight could be his night.
Josh Grant: “Robert Armstrong came so close in his last title opportunity, and he’s not going to let this one slip away. He’s got that never-say-die attitude.”
Tom Steiner: “Armstrong’s technical prowess and striking ability are going to be key tonight. But in a triple threat, anything can happen.”
Finally, the champion, #1 Daron Smythe, makes his entrance to "#1" by Nelly. The arrogant yet skilled champion is announced at 246 pounds from Wheeling, West Virginia. Smythe steps out holding his Mid West Championship high, a smug grin plastered across his face as the fans boo him relentlessly.
Josh Grant: “Here comes the man with the target on his back tonight, Daron Smythe. He’s been on a roll as champion, but can he survive this triple threat?”
Tom Steiner: “Smythe’s a master at taking advantage of situations, and in a match like this, it’s all about strategy. He’s going to have to be smart to leave here with that title.”
The bell rings, and all three competitors circle each other, knowing that at any moment, one mistake could cost them the match. Titus Manu wastes no time, charging straight at Armstrong, but Armstrong ducks under and catches Manu with a quick jab to the gut, followed by a knee to the face.
Meanwhile, Smythe wisely stays back, watching his opponents wear each other down. Armstrong and Manu go at it with hard strikes, trading punches and elbows, with Manu using his power to back Armstrong into the corner. Manu delivers a series of shoulder thrusts to Armstrong's midsection, showing off his raw strength.
Josh Grant: “Titus Manu’s size advantage is coming into play early. He’s using his strength to dominate.”
Smythe, ever the opportunist, sees his moment and attacks Manu from behind, hitting him with a clubbing blow to the back of the head. He turns his attention to Armstrong, throwing him out of the corner and into a neckbreaker, quickly going for a cover.
1… 2… Kickout!
Armstrong fights out, but Smythe stays on the attack, stomping away at him. Manu recovers and grabs Smythe by the throat, lifting him up for a chokeslam, but Smythe rakes Manu’s eyes, slipping out of his grip.
Manu, frustrated, charges at Smythe, but the champion ducks, sending Manu crashing into the turnbuckle. Armstrong takes advantage and hits a German suplex on Manu, showing his impressive strength. He goes for the cover.
1… 2… Smythe breaks it up!
Tom Steiner: “Armstrong almost had it! Smythe’s instincts are keeping him alive in this match.”
The match picks up pace as all three men trade near falls. Armstrong gets the upper hand on Smythe, hitting him with a devastating DDT. He covers.
1… 2… Manu breaks it up!
Manu and Armstrong go head-to-head again, this time exchanging stiff forearms. Armstrong ducks a wild swing from Manu and manages to hit a spinning backfist, stunning him. Armstrong then hoists Manu up onto his shoulders and delivers The Requiem (Go 2 Sleep followed by a soccer kick to the chest), flattening Manu in the center of the ring.
Josh Grant: “What a move! Armstrong just laid out Manu with The Requiem! This could be it!”
Just as Armstrong goes for the cover, Daron Smythe sneaks back into the ring. He grabs Armstrong and throws him shoulder-first into the ring post, sending him crashing to the outside. With Armstrong incapacitated, Smythe quickly drops down onto the prone Manu, hooking the leg for the cover.
1… 2… 3!
Sam Sparx: “Your winner and still the Mid West Champion… #1 Daron Smythe!”
Josh Grant: “Smythe steals it again! He didn’t do the heavy lifting, but in the end, he’s walking out with the title.”
Tom Steiner: “That’s classic Smythe, taking advantage of the situation at the perfect time. Armstrong had this match won, but Smythe outsmarted him.”
Smythe slides out of the ring, clutching his Mid West Championship and mocking Robert Armstrong from the ramp. Armstrong is irate, screaming obscenities and vowing revenge as he pounds the mat in frustration.
Josh Grant: “Armstrong is furious, and rightfully so! He had this match won, but Smythe, ever the opportunist, steals the victory again.”
Tom Steiner: “I wouldn’t want to be in Smythe’s shoes the next time Armstrong gets his hands on him.”
Smythe smirks and holds his championship high, backing up the ramp while Armstrong seethes in the ring. The crowd boos loudly, but Smythe doesn’t care. He’s still the Mid West Champion.
WINNER and STILL CHAMPION: Daron Smythe
ECWF Monday Night Mayhem: Diamond's Division Championship
"The Blossoming Rose" Crystal Zdunich (c) vs. "The Storm" Deena Hixx
The atmosphere is electric in the Iowa State Armory as the highly anticipated rematch for the Diamond's Division Championship is about to take place. Tensions are high as "The Storm" Deena Hixx looks to avenge her loss to the reigning champion, "The Blossoming Rose" Crystal Zdunich, at Wrestlefest.
Josh Grant: “This match has all the makings of a classic. Deena Hixx feels she was robbed at Wrestlefest, and now she’s back for revenge. But Crystal Zdunich has been a dominant champion. Can she survive this storm tonight?”
Tom Steiner: “Crystal Zdunich has proven herself, but Deena Hixx is as determined as ever. There’s a lot of bad blood between these two.”
First to make her entrance is Deena Hixx, announced at 160 pounds from Vero Beach, Florida. "The Storm is Coming" by Def Rebel hits, and Hixx storms down the ramp with intensity, eyes locked on the ring. The crowd gives her a mixed reaction, but she looks unfazed, ready to claim the title she believes should be hers.
Next, "Roses" by Goldlink plays, and the reigning Diamond’s Division Champion Crystal Zdunich makes her way out, announced at 115 pounds from Los Angeles, California. The crowd erupts in cheers as "The Blossoming Rose" confidently strides to the ring, her championship shining on her shoulder. She poses in the corner, soaking in the admiration of the fans before locking eyes with her challenger.
Josh Grant: “The champion is all smiles now, but she knows she’s got a fight ahead of her. Deena Hixx is no pushover.”
Tom Steiner: “Zdunich has been riding high as champion, but Hixx is hungry. This could be a career-defining night for both of them.”
The bell rings, and immediately, both competitors go at each other with a flurry of punches. Crystal Zdunich, the smaller and quicker of the two, dodges an early clothesline attempt from Hixx and counters with a series of stinging forearm shots. Zdunich backs Hixx into the ropes, but Hixx uses her strength to reverse an Irish whip, sending Zdunich crashing into the corner.
Hixx follows up with a hard shoulder block in the corner, driving the wind out of Zdunich. She pulls the champion out of the corner and slams her down with a belly-to-belly suplex, going for a quick cover.
1… 2… Kickout!
Zdunich kicks out, but Hixx stays on the offensive, grounding the champion with a series of stomps and a powerful scoop slam. Hixx is in full control now, using her size and power advantage to keep Zdunich off her feet. She grabs Zdunich and lifts her up for a vertical suplex, holding her in the air for several seconds before driving her down to the mat.
Josh Grant: “Deena Hixx is dominating here. She’s using her size advantage to full effect.”
Tom Steiner: “Crystal’s got to find a way to turn this around, or she’s going to be dethroned tonight.”
Hixx goes for another cover.
1… 2… Kickout!
Zdunich kicks out again, but the punishment is starting to show. Hixx stays on her, locking in a rear chin lock, trying to wear down the champion even further. The crowd rallies behind Zdunich, who fights her way back to her feet and breaks the hold with sharp elbow strikes to Hixx's midsection.
Zdunich finally creates some separation by ducking a clothesline and hitting Hixx with a springboard crossbody, knocking her down. Zdunich seizes the opportunity and follows up with a spinning heel kick, sending Hixx into the ropes. Zdunich runs the ropes and nails Hixx with a running dropkick.
Josh Grant: “Zdunich is firing back! She’s using her speed now to shift the momentum.”
Zdunich goes for the cover.
1… 2… Kickout!
Hixx kicks out, and the frustration begins to show on Zdunich’s face. She quickly heads to the top rope, looking for a high-risk move. She leaps off with a missile dropkick, but Hixx sidesteps at the last second, causing Zdunich to crash hard onto the mat. Hixx wastes no time, picking Zdunich up and hitting a sit-out powerbomb, immediately going for the cover.
1… 2… Kickout!
Zdunich barely escapes, and Hixx is visibly frustrated now. She pulls Zdunich up and sets her up for her signature Storm Breaker (Elevated DDT), but Zdunich fights out of it, landing a quick series of punches before countering with a neckbreaker.
Both women are down, and the crowd is on their feet as they recover.
Josh Grant: “What a battle! These women are giving it everything they’ve got!”
Zdunich slowly gets to her feet and signals for her finishing move, the Forget-Me-Not. Hixx stumbles to her feet, and Zdunich grabs her, flipping her hair before delivering the devastating Hair Flip DDT. Hixx is down and out, but she’s near the ropes.
Zdunich covers her, and referee Nick Pack drops down for the count.
1… 2… 3!
Sam Sparx: “Your winner, and still the Diamond’s Division Champion… ‘The Blossoming Rose’ Crystal Zdunich!”
But as Zdunich celebrates, the camera shows Hixx’s foot under the bottom rope, something that the referee missed. The commentators immediately pick up on it.
Josh Grant: “Wait a minute! Deena Hixx’s foot was under the ropes! The referee didn’t see it!”
Tom Steiner: “Hixx has a legitimate argument here! That should have been a break! This controversy is far from over!”
Zdunich continues to celebrate as she exits the ring, unaware of the controversy behind her. Hixx, still groggy, begins to realize what happened as the commentators discuss the possibility of a rematch due to the missed call.
Josh Grant: “Crystal Zdunich retains the championship tonight, but I don’t think we’ve seen the last of this rivalry. Deena Hixx is going to have a case for another shot!”
Tom Steiner: “This is far from over, Josh. I can guarantee you that Deena Hixx isn’t going to let this slide.”
Zdunich heads up the ramp, title in hand, while Hixx looks furious in the ring, knowing that her opportunity was taken away by a referee's mistake. The controversy is sure to fuel the fire for a potential rematch.
WINNER and STILL CHAMPION: Crystal Zdunich
Main Event – ECWF Heavyweight Title: There Must Be a Winner!
Victor Kall (c) vs. Caine Marik
The anticipation in the Iowa State Armory is electric as the main event is set to begin. Sam Sparx takes center stage to announce the competitors for the ECWF Heavyweight Championship bout. First to make his entrance is Caine Marik, weighing in at 245 pounds from Salem, Massachusetts. His entrance music, "Hellraiser" by Ozzy Osbourne & Lemmy, booms through the speakers as the crowd erupts into a mixture of boos and cheers. Marik walks to the ring with intense focus, his eyes locked on the prize.
Josh Grant: "Caine Marik looks to prove for once and for all that he is the best wrestler not only on Mayhem, but in the entire ECWF!"
Tom Steiner: "His two year journey in the ECWF has had many close calls - can tonight be the night he finally walks away with the gold?"
Next, the lights dim as the eerie notes of "Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me" by Fantomas play, and the reigning ECWF Heavyweight Champion, Victor Kall, makes his way to the ring. Weighing in at 202 pounds from Canaan, Vermont, Kall walks with his usual cool demeanor, holding the championship belt high as the crowd cheers for the enigmatic champion.
Josh Grant: "Victor Kall is certainly a unique individual and a wrestler - many thought he was pigeon holed into hardcore wrestling, he has certainly shown many other sides and styles upon becoming ECWF Champion!"
Tom Steiner: "Many say he's the most underrated superstar in all of the ECWF and now he's getting a chance to prove his worth!
The bell rings, and both men circle each other cautiously. The tension is palpable as Kall, the smaller but faster competitor, looks for an opening. Marik lunges first, using his power advantage to back Kall into the corner with a series of hard punches. Kall quickly counters with a lightning-quick dropkick to Marik's knee, bringing the bigger man down to one knee. Kall capitalizes, hitting a running knee strike that staggers Marik.
The match continues as a back-and-forth affair. Marik uses his strength to deliver punishing blows and powerful suplexes, but Kall’s speed and agility allow him to dodge the heavier shots and land devastating kicks and aerial attacks. Marik nearly scores a victory after hitting a spinebuster, but Kall kicks out at two.
Josh Grant: "These two are certainly not holding anything back! Both men are looking to land the killshot and end this one!"
Tom Steiner: "We might be looking at the next great rivalry in ECWF history!"
As the battle rages on, the camera cuts to the ramp, where Patrick and David Slayton, Marik’s cousins, appear, watching from the stage. Marik notices them and, mid-match, starts yelling at the Slaytons, telling them he doesn't need their help and ordering them to leave. The distraction gives Kall the opening to hit a springboard forearm, taking Marik down and nearly getting the three-count.
Josh Grant: "What are the Slayton's doing out there? Didn't Caine tell them specifically he did not want them to get involved in this match?"
Tom Steiner: "At this point, whose side are they on? If you were being berated week in and week out, would it matter if he was your flesh and blood? I certainly wouldn't put up with Caine's antics if I were them!"
Later in the match, Marik grabs a chair from ringside in desperation, but before he can use it, Patrick Slayton rushes down the ramp and snatches the chair out of Marik's hands. Marik, furious with Patrick, yells at him to stay out of the match. Meanwhile, David Slayton gets the referee’s attention, giving Patrick time to throw the chair out of the ring. The referee, however, catches the action and begins arguing with Patrick, threatening to eject him from ringside.
While the referee is distracted with Patrick, David Slayton tosses a pair of brass knuckles into the ring. Marik, realizing the opportunity, grabs the knuckles and, as Kall turns around, clocks him in the face. Kall crumples to the mat, and Marik quickly covers him as the referee turns back to count the pin.
1... 2... 3!
Josh Grant: "This is absolutely disgusting! By hook or by crook, Caine Marik is your new ECWF Heavyweight Champion!"
Tom Steiner: "We thought we might be seeing a new era for Caine Marik, but it looks like he is still the same old person we've come to know and loathe!"
The bell rings, and the crowd is in shock. Caine Marik has just won the ECWF Heavyweight Championship, thanks to a well-timed assist from his cousins, the Slaytons. The three men stand tall in the ring, arms raised in victory. The Rogue Horsemen have reunited, and with the ECWF Heavyweight Championship now in their possession, their dominance over ECWF looks inevitable.
As they celebrate, Robert Armstrong makes his way down to the ring, joining the family in celebration. The Rogue Horsemen are back on the same page, united and stronger than ever. Meanwhile, Victor Kall lies motionless in the ring, the former champion robbed of his title in a match that was supposed to have a clean winner. The show ends with the Rogue Horsemen standing tall, holding the ECWF Heavyweight Championship high as the crowd reacts to the shocking turn of events.
WINNER and NEW ECWF CHAMPION: Caine Marik
Josh Grant: "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Monday Night Mayhem! We are coming to you LIVE from the sold-out Iowa State Armory in Ames, Iowa, and tonight's show promises to be an absolute barnburner!"
Tom Steiner: "You said it, Josh! We have a stacked card tonight, and the main event is set to be a blockbuster—ECWF Heavyweight Champion Victor Kall defends his title against Caine Marik, and there must be a winner!"
Tom Steiner: "Plus, the Midwest Championship will be on the line in a triple-threat match, Daron Smythe defends against Robert Armstrong and Titus Manu, and the Midwest Title Contender’s Battle Royal is set to shake up the title picture!"
